What mmorpg out there has actual interesting people to talk to and not just power hungry trolls?

Currently I play Guild Wars but sadly its very quiet on there, Im not exactly a big fan of the childish anime-like mmos that are out now. I have an outside life and what not I just feel odd not having anyone to play mmos with being most people cant stand them. All I want is a new game thats free to play and has more chatty people. I play Phantasy Star Portable 2 for PSP. It's free online if you buy the game new (you need a passcode for an online "license") and is amazingly complex and detailed for a PSP game, both visually and gameplay-wise. Tons of quests in story mode, a customizable apartment, loads of collectibles between weapons, armor, visual mods, and furniture. And if you aren't super decisive (like me) you get to change your class and stats at any time between missions. Simple as that lol.
