Try this, pretty crazy zombie apocalypse style game. Gore, violence, zombie killing, pvp, you name it, its got it.

There is another, but it isn't pvp. Zombie Pandemic. Not sure if it is still up though. Haven't been on in ages. Last time I was there it was still in beta.
