Is there a good mmorpg game for me?

I've dreamt of a game like this and it doesn't necessarily have to be mmorpg, just rpg i guess:



you can create a character and have a house, and a little town that you personally make, but you can visit other peoples towns too. [it can sort of be like Mabinogi but with towns?]



I don't know I think i might be crazy, but give me some suggestions that sound good for me please?Is there a good mmorpg game for me?

There's Perfect World. You can't make towns but you can own monsters, and the people are absolutely wonderful, plus it's free download and to play.Is there a good mmorpg game for me?
what your talking about sounds a whole lot like Sims series and/or tycoons where you build cities/towns
