Typically, due to the nature of MMORPG's, they are very secure and sophisticated. If you don't know what you are doing (or even if you do), it is likely to be very difficult, if not impossible. It is also worth noting that it is illegal, and if you are caught you will probably loose your account or end up in worse trouble.

Put it this way if you are asking how to hack then you don't have any programming knowledge. You don't use any of that. you use the code the site is using. If they used PHP then you pull the source codes and run the variables. If you don't know a simple echo variable then you aren't hacking anything.
