Well you didn't tell us which MMORPG you were banned from... but to answer the question, RuneScape in my opinion. Although to get to the really excting stuff you have to be of decent level, it's so fun and even adrenaline rushing at some times :)
Runescape or World of Warcraft but they can both be really addicting.
