No runescape. I am looking to get a new mmorpg for christmas, what should i get? WoW, guild war, etc.What is the best mmorpg that costs money?

Guild Wars is great, and what is also an awesome bonus is that you never have to pay a monthly fee ever again for it. They think that paying for the game itself (it's relatively cheap) is enough, and you shouldnt have to pay more.



WoW is awesome as well, and it is alot more populated so there is alot more to do in my opinion.



If you have the cash to spare every month, then get Wow, but if you would like a one time pay game, get guild wars and you wont regret either of them.

My preference would be Lineage 2, made by the same people who made Guild Wars. I suggest you give it a try but it does take a long time to really get to a high level but I say that its worth it. You will meet friends, and you can make clans, etc. Just like WoW except Lineage 2 has better graphics and a more adult feel to it if you will. The class systems are great. there are pets and dragons you can ride (although all of this will take a long time to acquire). Best thing to do is have friends buy it with you and get your clan started and make a name for yourself. You can take over castles and there are many bosses to fight.What is the best mmorpg that costs money?
Well Guild Wars you only pay the first $25 (including tax) and then install and play the game. It's a great game... I heard -.- lol



If you're a serious gamer and want some maturity in the game and have a top quality computer with headphones and such, then I highly recommend WoW. It's also for people with money to spend. It doesn't take much to max out your level, as it's been designed that way, and there are thousands of quests and millions of players to meet, not to mention the content just keeps getting better.
