What is a good programme/sofware to make your own free mmorpg?

I'm setting my ambitions high, as i'm only 13 atm. I wanna to make a mmorpg like runescape or perfect world, where people can buy stuff, make charecters, interact etc.



Is there any good software out there that is free for making games?



Please list websites/price of software if it isn't free.

Any programming language with witch you can do graphics, networking and threads. Witch is most languages+specific libraries.



If you really want to make games start with flash which has the graphics part built in and is a lot more graphical. Make animations, than a simple game than you can move on to a faster language c++(%26lt;- I use this), java, etc. Preferably object oriented.



flash costs a bit (a lot) but you could get the trial

c++,java are free but you need a compiler for them

codeblocks is a free compiler for c++

openGl,sfml are free libraries for graphics

Why? Seriously? Just give up.



MMORPG's are made by a large group of highly skilled employees and take years to make. If you WANTED to, it would take you a decade to complete, and would run like **** because, well, lets face it you're 13.
