Are there any good mmorpg that offer offline playing?

I want to download a mmorpg (preferably fantasy) that offers offline or solo playing. We only have a 60GB download limit every month and I want a good game on my laptop that I can play without wasting downloads.



I'm not sure what to look for. Any suggestions?Are there any good mmorpg that offer offline playing?
Guild wars. Though I would wait for guild wars 2, personally, but still, it's the only mmo that has something close to solo play.
