What is the closest F2P MMORPG clone to WoW?

Ive already tried RoM, Allods, and a few others and all of em were fun for awhile but got pretty boring. What are some other good F2P MMORPG's that have good graphics, good gameplay, instance/end game content, and possibly a decent sized community? Also, Rift and Perfect World are off my list, and im considering Forsaken World...What is the closest F2P MMORPG clone to WoW?
