google it

and then copy paste stuff

alotta work, time, and money is involved

if you wanna do this your gonna have to make it your lifetime carer

and of course go to the right tech school meet the right people get hired by the right people

etc etc

hell who knows maybe one day I might hear about this mmorpg you plan on making :P
